*Frequently Asked Questions*

1. Q. What do you do with the poop?
A. We put it in your garbage can, in a carefully sealed plastic bag, as this helps prevent transfer of parasites from yard to yard. If the waste is carried around in a vehicle, there is a higher chance of hookworms, ringworms, and salmonella spreading. Please have your garbage can accessible or let us know where we can find it. Some customers request that we leave it in a designated area so that it can be placed in the can on garbage day. We will do whatever it takes to earn your business.
2. Q. Do I have to keep my dog locked up during service?
A. No. 99% of the time we get along with dogs great. If your dog is aggressive, we will set an arranged time to service your yard. The first time we meet your dog, we will usually give a biscuit to get friendly with them.
3. Q. Do you make sure my dog doesn't get out of the yard?
A. Yes, this is our highest priority. Gates are always securely locked while we are in the yard and when leaving.
4. Q. Can I have a designated time?
A. The easiest way to keep things smooth is if we can set you up in our rotation. We service many customers and have a specific route that we must align with (just like garbage service). Since we service a few different towns, it is hard to give certain days, however, we will do our best to find accomodating times. Most of the time, you will never even see us. The poo just disappears, which is what you've always dreamed of, right?
5. Q. How do we pay?
A. As many months as you would like in advance. We will send monthly invoices, always due on the 1st of every month. 1 month in advance. Check, cash, credit card by pay pal, or money orders are currently accepted. For debit or credit just simply click on buy now at the top of the screen. No Pay Pal acct needed.100% secure.
6. Q. How do you clean your tools?
A. We use a sanitizer that kills any sort of bacteria that could cause a dog to become ill. We also use it on the boots we wear once each job is completed.
